•We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

1.Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of the product and legal restrictions, opened or used marijuana products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final once the package is opened.
2.Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange. This applies only to unopened products.
3.Unopened Products: Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 to 14 days of purchase, depending on store policy.
